How it works

Aim high with just a few clicks – here's how it works

Book your ticket online quickly and easily to save yourself a trip to the mountain railway ticket office. This will save you time, allowing you to start having fun straight away.

This is how it works:

1 – Select destination and date

Select the desired mountain railway area and the validity date. In winter, you can also filter by promotions, prices, fresh snow, weather and open lifts.

Tip: You can book several tickets to different destinations and for different dates in the same order process.

2 – Load the ticket onto the Skicard (data carrier)

To be able to pass through the turnstile, you must load the ticket onto a physical data carrier such as a Skicard. You can find an overview of all compatible data carriers and Skicards here.

Important: In winter, a physical data carrier is mandatory in order to pass through the turnstile. In summer, it is sometimes also possible to present the ticket as a print@home printout.

Do you already have a Skicard (data carrier)?

During the ordering process, you can register your existing Skicard (data carrier) or select an already registered card. It is also possible to assign different tickets to different Skicards (data carriers).

Note: In winter, tickets can also be subsequently assigned to a Skicard or a data carrier. This option is not available in summer.

You do not have a Skicard (data carrier) yet?

Please select one of the available delivery methods for your ticket during the ordering process:

  • «Order new Skicard»
The Skicard will be sent to you by post.
  • «Pick-up terminal»
You will receive a QR code by e-mail to collect your Skicard from a pick-up terminal.
  • «print@home»
You print out the tickets yourself as print@home tickets (only possible in summer).
  • «Assign later»
You buy the Skicard at your nearest k kiosk, Press & Books store or avec shop (October to May) and assign your ticket to it after purchase.

Important: You must register the Skicard (data carrier) after receipt in your customer account under «Skicards» and then assign the ticket under «Tickets». As soon as you have loaded your ticket onto the Skicard (data carrier), you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Change of the data carrier

Assignments can be changed up to 36 hours before the validity date. Excluded are selectable day ski tickets and the following ski resorts with dynamic prices: Aletsch Arena, Belalp, Engadin/St. Moritz incl. sub-regions, Engelberg-Titlis, LAAX, Lauchernalp, Sörenberg). In this case, please contact customer service.

3 – Pay ticket

Complete the order using the payment method of your choice.

The order will then be confirmed by e-mail (please also check your spam folder).

Your bookings, tickets and registered Skicards (data carriers) can be viewed at any time in your customer account.

4 – On the mountain

Pass through the turnstile in comfort. No queuing, no waiting time.
