How it works

To the ski slopes with just a few clicks

Whether at home or on your way to the ski resort – you can book your ski ticket quickly and easily online in the Ticketcorner webshop or with the Ticketcorner Ski App. You don't have to wait for a long time at the cable car ticket office and can go directly through the turnstile onto the slopes.

This is how it works:

1 - Select the ski resort and date

Select your favourite ski resort for which you would like to book one or more ski tickets. To find your individualised offer, you can use the filter functions to sort by actions, prices, new snow, open lifts or weather and visibility conditions.

You also have the option of booking several ski tickets in different ski resorts in the same booking transaction. Simply select the desired data and ski ticket types and place them in the shopping cart.

2 - Load your ski ticket onto the Skicard or the SwissPass

One Skicard serves as ticket carrier to enter the turnstile and can be used again and again for ski ticket bookings. We recommend that you keep your Skicard directly in your ski jacket. So you always have it in the right place when it's time to go to the slopes.

Load ski ticket on existing Skicard

Select the option «Add delivery» in the order transaction to load an existing Skicard (for example to register a Ticketcorner Skicard or your SwissPass) or to select an already registered Skicard. You can also load several ski tickets onto different Skicards registered in your account. As soon as you have assigned your ski ticket to a Skicard, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

You do not have a Skicard yet?

If you do not yet have a Skicard, select the «Add delivery» and then the «Order new Skicard» option in the ordering process and you will receive the Ticketcorner Skicard by post within a few days. If you do not wish to wait for the Ticketcorner Skicard to be sent by post, you also have the option of selecting the «Assign later» option. In this case, you can then buy your Skicard conveniently in a selected k kiosk, avec shop or Press & Books Store.
Please note: In both cases you must register the Skicard in your customer account under «Manage Skicards» and then load the ski ticket onto the Skicard under «Ski tickets». As soon as you have assigned your ski ticket to the Skicard, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Change Skicard assignment

Skicard assignments already made can be changed up to 24 hours before the valid date of the ski ticket, for example if the Skicard is lost. For day selectable day ski tickets assignment cannot be changed, please contact our customer service.

3 - Pay by credit card, Postcard or SwissPass

Complete your order conveniently by credit card, Postcard or SwissPass «purchase by invoice».

Every successful booking will be confirmed by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder.

To view your bookings, log into your customer account. There you will find an overview of your bookings, ski tickets and registered Skicards.

4 - Straight through the gates to the slopes

Bypass the queue at the cable car ticket office and hold your Skicard to the turnstile for 5 seconds on the specified day.

Make sure that the Skicard is not exposed to any other objects (e.g. mobile phone, wallet or other skicards) and is in a pocket on the left side of your ski jacket.
