Reimbursement and Exchange

Issued and reserved ski tickets cannot be reimbursed or retrospectively exchanged for other types of ski tickets.

Age categories

• Adult: From 20 to 63 (women) resp. 64 (men) years
• Child: 6 to 15 years
• Youth: 16 to 19 years
• Senior: Women from 64 / Men from 65 years

The age at the time of the first day of skiing is decisive for the age category. Children up to and including 5 years of age are free of charge when accompanied by an adult. A ski ticket is required to pass through the turnstiles, which you will receive at the cash desk upon presentation of an official identification of the child.

Sustainability on the ski slopes

Together with the Swiss partner Climeworks, the mountain railways of the destination Gstaad is decreasing the difficult to avoid emissions resulting from skiing activities. Winter sports enthusiasts can drop off their KeyCard in one of the boxes at the valley station at the end of the day. For each CHF 5 deposit, Climeworks removes 5kg of CO2 from the air. Book with Covid-Security

In case the authorities state that all mountain railways in the Gstaad tariff association must be closed at some point during the winter season 2022/23, holders of 1-day and multi-day ski tickets will receive a credit for the days of skiing that could not be taken during the closure. This credit can be redeemed online until the end of the winter season 2023/24 from Bergbahnen Destination Gstaad AG. Ticket holders can re-book online via the online portal.

Covid certificate

If a COVID19-certificate is required for the use of the transport facilities, it is the responsibility of the customer to comply with this. Without this, there is no entitlement to transport. A refund of the payment which is made is excluded.
