If you do not choose the «Ski Ticket Voucher (via e-mail)» order option, you will receive it by post. Your order will be processed according to the time of receipt of your order:

• Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays), before 2 p.m.: delivery within 2 working days
• Other orders: delivery within 3 working days International delivery may take up to 7 days.

The ski ticket voucher is valid for the entire range of ski tickets at ticketcorner.ch/ski. Any remaining credit will not be paid out in cash, but will be preserved. It is not possible to apply a voucher retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.
