Reimbursement and Exchange

Issued and reserved tickets cannot be reimbursed or retrospectively exchanged for other types of tickets.

Age categories

• Adult: 16 years and older
• Child: 6 to 15 years

The age category is determined by the age at the time of the validity date. Children up to and including 5 years of age are free of charge when accompanied by an adult. A ticket is required to pass through the turnstiles, which you will receive at the cash desk upon presentation of an official identification of the child.
