The ski resort of Wolzenalp im Toggenburg stretches across the wide, gentle hills and slopes of the Wolzen at the foot of the Speer. The pivotal hub here is the resort of Rietbach at 1'117 m above sea level, where the top station of the chairlift and the Wolzenalp mountain restaurant are located. The highest point of the resort is the Wolzenalp at 1'509 m above sea level. On the Wolzen, you can enjoy a magnificent view up and down the valley, and particularly the alpine world of Upper Toggenburg and the Alpstein massif. «If you can ski on the Wolzen, you can ski anywhere in the world»: We are convinced that this is true. As a ski resort, the Wolzenalp offers plenty of variety, including a total of 12 km of moderately difficult (red) and difficult (black) slopes. There are also opportunities for freeriding in a natural environment and long-distance skiing in powder snow. Four lifts, from a practice life to the chairlift, provide easy access to the beautiful, prepared slopes.
