The Sörenberg ski area offers 42 km of varied slopes for experts, connoisseurs and beginners. In the skiing area Dorf at 1000 to 1690 m.a.s.l. there are easy to medium difficult, wide slopes – the ideal area for families and beginners. More challenging is the area Brienzer Rothorn - Eisee. On the «highest mountain of Lucerne», experienced skiers and especially freeriders get their money's worth. Due to different entry possibilities into the winter sports area, there are hardly any waiting times at the lifts. On the Rossweid, free practice lifts are available for the youngest as well as beginners.
